Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and integration in a hospitality environment.
• Manage integrations with Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and spa management systems.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data exchange and interoperability.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison for the client, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and integration challenges and monitor delivery against requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Required qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and integration experience.
• Professional Opera PMS experience in a hotel environment and professional Oracle Simphony POS experience.
• Experience with spa management applications used in hospitality operations.
• Experience managing technical projects or systems integrations for hotels or hospitality groups.
• Proven experience integrating hotel applications with ERP platforms.
• Track record delivering complex IT implementations, coordinating technical teams, and managing client stakeholders.
• Available to work full-time at the client’s Dubai location for the project duration.

Preferred qualifications

• Large-scale digital transformation experience for luxury hotels or enterprise hospitality groups is preferred.
• A recognized project management certification is preferred.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, on-site work in Dubai, UAE.
