Full-time Project Manager (Fit-Out) position in the Project & Development Services division, based in Dubai, UAE.
Deliver commercial fit-out projects safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.
- Act as client contact and report progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Maintain programmes, budgets, cash flows, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders; lead tendering and procurement.
- Monitor site cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance; administer change control.
- Coordinate landlord and authority approvals and permits.
- Manage handover, snagging, defects liability, and close-out records.
- Support fee proposals, client pitches, and business development.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 5 years of commercial fit-out experience with a project management consultancy or commercial-interiors contractor.
- Experience delivering office fit-out and workplace projects in the UAE or wider GCC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of UAE authority approvals and landlord fit-out requirements.
- Track record delivering fit-out projects from start to finish and administering construction contracts.
- Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant industry software.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred but not essential.
- RICS, PMP, APM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Additional capabilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to build client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
