Role overview
Lead and manage fit-out projects from planning and execution through successful completion, meeting schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
Project delivery responsibilities
- Lead multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion and coordinate activities, timelines, and resources.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients; coordinate design, estimation, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, and overall performance; report progress to management.
- Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and project documents.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and other fit-out works; inspect sites and hold progress meetings.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and site issues and ensure compliance with UAE standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate timely handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of UAE fit-out or interior construction experience.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, site execution, project documentation, contract requirements, and UAE construction practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams; strong planning, coordination, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace and travel
- Work location is in person.
- Travel of 100% is required.
