About the role
Lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients.
Own delivery end to end and act as the main client stakeholder contact from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation projects involving ERP, project controls, and construction management platforms.
- Manage client expectations, communication, and satisfaction as the main point of contact.
- Define scope, plans, budgets, and timelines, and track delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, technology partners, and client stakeholders.
- Drive adoption through change management, training, and post-go-live support.
- Identify risks, escalate them, and provide mitigation plans.
- Report progress to senior client and internal leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation, such as construction ERP implementation.
- Proven client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, including project controls, procurement, cost, and document management.
- Arabic speaker and fluent in written and spoken English; current UAE resident.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore, or Aconex is a plus.
