Role overview
Leads planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of residential building projects within approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Reports to the Managing Director or Project Director and works at the project site.
Project planning and site delivery
- Prepare execution plans, construction schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements; monitor progress and take corrective action.
- Plan and oversee construction from excavation and foundations through RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishes, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP works.
- Coordinate consultants, clients, management, site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; lead site teams and monitor their performance.
- Manage budgets, BOQs, quantities, quotations, work orders, bills, measurements, variations, procurement, material use, and resource wastage.
- Maintain quality and safety procedures, coordinate inspections and tests, rectify defects, and maintain records.
- Prepare progress reports, communicate project risks and delays, and coordinate finishing, commissioning, snag rectification, approvals, handover, and closure.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering; additional construction or project management qualifications are advantageous.
- 8–10 years of civil construction experience, including residential apartments, villas, or multi-storey buildings and end-to-end construction execution.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, BOQ, billing, procurement, and subcontractor management; knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP coordination, quality, safety, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; MS Project or other planning software is preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, commercial awareness, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay
- ₹100,000–₹150,000 per year.

- In-person work at the project site.
