Role overview
MASQ World seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee high-profile lighting projects from inception through completion.
The role calls for leadership, project delivery experience, and people-management ability.
Project delivery
- Lead large-scale lighting projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Monitor progress and performance, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Coordination and quality
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews and report to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Build client and stakeholder relationships and meet or exceed expectations.
- Mentor team members and encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMP certification is required.
- At least 5 years of proven project management experience; experience in lighting, architectural lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong technical background in electrical systems, architectural design, lighting applications, and project execution.
Technical and project skills
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance project processes and team productivity.
- Knowledge of lighting technologies, products, systems, applications, and industry standards; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Capability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, procurement, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and digital project platforms.
- Primavera P6 planning experience is an added value.
Professional capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, disciplines, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
