Role overview

Developer-side Project Manager for a UAE real estate developer.

Full-time role with a Dubai office and projects in Abu Dhabi.

Own warehouse development projects from early design through handover, managing consultants, architects, and contractors on the client’s behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more Grade A warehouse developments from concept to completion.
  • Tender consultants, architects, and contractors, then oversee their work.
  • Review concept, schematic, and detailed design packages, including value engineering.
  • Manage master planning, enabling works, engineering, and construction.
  • Drive authority approvals with the design team, including ADM, ADCD, DMT, and utilities.
  • Control budget, programme, variations, and handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8 to 15 years’ experience in construction or real estate development in the UAE.
  • Hands-on warehouse, logistics, or industrial project experience.
  • Abu Dhabi project experience.
  • Fluent in English; native Arabic.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
