Role Description
The Project Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring aviation-related projects from initiation through completion.
The role includes defining project scope and timelines, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and reporting on project progress, budget status, and performance metrics.
Daily responsibilities also involve preparing project documentation, maintaining project management tools, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that projects contribute to RED C AVIATION’s mission, values, and Vision 2030 objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate options, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Experience in aviation, transportation, or related industries is beneficial, particularly within maintenance, operational, or regulatory environments.
- Proficiency with project management software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (such as PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage deadlines, adapt to a dynamic environment, and uphold high safety and compliance standards.
