Job Description:
Kawsus Digital Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Management Analyst to support project planning, execution, and performance tracking at our Doha office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for management
• Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project coordination or project analysis roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
