Full-time, on-site Project Lead Sales role based in Dubai.
The role drives sales of sanitary ware products through project management, client relationships, and coordination of customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage key projects and build and maintain client relationships; identify customer needs.
- Develop sales plans, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate product availability and delivery with internal teams to meet project timelines.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Support customer service and train and guide sales team members to achieve targets and improve product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and sales management experience, including project-based selling and revenue target achievement.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to train and mentor sales team members.
- Building materials or sanitary ware industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for sales pipelines and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel to client locations as required.
