We support brands through strategy, social media direction, campaign development, PR, activations, creative storytelling, and launch planning.
As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a
Project Lead – Marketing
to join our Dubai team and support the Creative Director in managing workflow, team progress, client satisfaction, and campaign execution across multiple accounts.
This role is for someone organized, proactive, and hands-on.
We are looking for someone who can follow up, coordinate, push tasks forward, manage pressure, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks.
The Project Lead will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure the team is guided, deadlines are tracked, client expectations are managed, and all marketing services are moving smoothly from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track team progress across client accounts, campaigns, content plans, shoots, and deliverables.
Support the Creative Director by organizing workflow, following up with consultants, checking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed properly.
Oversee marketing services including social media planning, campaign development, content coordination, activations, PR-related follow-ups, and client communication.
Attend client meetings, site visits, shoots, activations, and on-ground requirements when needed.
Support client satisfaction by following up proactively, understanding client needs, escalating concerns, and making sure clients feel supported and updated.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, influencers, production teams, and third parties when required.
Manage timelines, Notion boards, internal task lists, meeting notes, approvals, and pending items across different projects.
Follow up with the team outside the office when needed, especially during shoots, activations, urgent deadlines, or campaign periods.
Support campaign execution by turning ideas into clear action points, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Handle pressure professionally, especially during peak campaign periods, client launches, and tight deadlines.
Make sure the team is aligned, accountable, and moving in the right direction without overwhelming the Creative Director with every operational detail.
The ideal candidate should be:
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong in communication, coordination, and follow-up.
Comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines, and moving parts at once.
Confident in supporting client servicing, team coordination, and project timelines.
Comfortable with on-site work, supplier communication, team follow-ups, and urgent after-hours requirements when needed.
Experience
d in marketing, social media, campaigns, project coordination, or agency operations.
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
This is not a passive coordination role.
We are looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and ready to support a fast-moving creative and marketing environment.
