L&T is looking for an experienced Project Interface Manager to coordinate and manage interfaces across multiple engineering, construction, client, vendor, and stakeholder teams for large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, client, and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination across multidisciplinary project activities.
- Track interface deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resolutions.
- Conduct interface review meetings and maintain interface registers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support project execution, planning, and communication activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in EPC/Oil & Gas/Infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on Middle East projects preferred.
