Project In-Charge – FF&E
We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Project In-Charge
with a strong background in the FF&E industry to lead the successful execution of hospitality, residential, and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a comprehensive understanding of FF&E project workflows—from procurement through to final delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee FF&E project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams
- Monitor material submissions, approvals, production progress, and on-site deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth site coordination and timely installation of FF&E items
- Prepare and present project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Identify and resolve operational, technical, and coordination challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client expectations
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the FF&E industry
- Proven experience in handling projects as a Project In-Charge / Project Lead in fit-out or interior works
- Strong knowledge of procurement, project execution, and site coordination processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/tracking tools
