Project Delivery
- Lead multiple AW GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, action items, budgets, and status reporting.
- Manage project risks, issue resolution, escalations, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
Customer and Solution Implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Gather and document business requirements and configure AW GPS solutions for customer operational needs.
- Coordinate GPS hardware installations, device activation, and deployment logistics.
- Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization activities.
Training and Troubleshooting
- Deliver installation training on AW GPS hardware, wiring standards, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment best practices.
- Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions to support successful solution adoption.
- Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and related deployment issues.
Product and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges to identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Develop feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.
Documentation
Maintain project documentation, installation standards, training materials, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Lead and manage multiple AW GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.
