About the Role
We are seeking a
Project Finance Manager
to join a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi.
This role will act as the
financial owner of development projects
, overseeing financial performance from post-feasibility through execution and delivery.
You will play a critical role in ensuring projects meet their
financial targets, budgets, and cash flow expectations
, while supporting strategic decision-making across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate approved feasibility into
- detailed project budgets and financial plans
- Monitor
- financial performance, KPIs, and project cash flows
- Lead
- monthly reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews
- Track
- sales performance, collections, and cost-to-complete
- Identify risks and provide
- proactive financial recommendations
- Partner with
- Development, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
- Ensure strong
- financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance
- Utilise
Oracle Fusion
for financial tracking and reporting
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- **8+ years of experience in finance and project management**
- Experience in
- real estate development or off-plan projects
- preferred
- Strong understanding of
- project finance and lifecycle financials
- ERP experience required (
- Oracle preferred
- )
- Advanced
- Excel and financial analysis skills
