Manage landscaping and indoor plantscaping projects from client enquiry through installation and handover.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and clarify requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and assessments.
- Recommend suitable indoor and outdoor plants and planters.
- Prepare plant mock-ups using Photoshop or Canva.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, then follow up with clients.
- Coordinate installation teams, materials, and site access.
- Supervise installations and complete client handovers.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team on new projects.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in landscaping or indoor plantscaping.
- Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants suitable for the UAE.
- Experience creating plant mock-ups using Photoshop or Canva.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Confidence in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups; ability to coordinate and supervise installation teams.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Hindi speaking is preferred.
