Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, operations, estimating, sales, account management, or a closely related field, including demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Strong background in at least one of the following areas: construction project management, estimating or preconstruction, or sales and account management. Experience connecting client needs, project pursuits, and execution is highly valued.
- Proven success leading complex or large-scale construction projects, project teams, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, project controls, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar software.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between company offices based on business and project needs.
