Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Project Management, or Engineering) preferred
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project or field operations, including leadership roles
- Strong background in field execution, including safety, quality control, and productivity oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
- Proven success in a client-facing and ownership-level capacity
