Role overview

Project delivery

• Manage projects from concept development and feasibility assessment through basic engineering, detailed design oversight, procurement follow-up, and preparation for execution.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Contribute to proposals and project plans, including timelines, procedures, staffing, resource allocation, and evaluation parameters.
• Establish project procedures and lead the execution plan, covering scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, organization charts, and risk register.
• Report progress to senior management and/or the customer.

Commercial and coordination duties

• Manage project commercial and financial accountability, including revenue, margin, overheads, budgets, forecasts, cost control, billing, and cash collection.
• Negotiate changes to project scope or specification and manage approved changes to scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Pursue innovation opportunities such as digitalization, technology use, work share, and high-value engineering centers.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, internal departments, customers, and site representatives.
