- Experience in a project or engineering delivery environment
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Experience with system testing and integration activities
- Familiar with project tracking tools and structured delivery processes
- Hands-on and practical, comfortable working with equipment and systems
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Clear communicator with both clients and internal teams
- Takes ownership and drives work through to completion
- Works well across disciplines and levels within the business
- Desirable
- Experience in offshore energy, oil and gas, or renewables
- Knowledge of communications protocols, sensors, and data systems
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and system troubleshooting
