Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in the administration of project controls in the field such as; project submittals and RFI's, change order processing, tracking and reporting quantities, assisting trade labor with technical interpretation of project requirements, survey and layout, coordination of subcontractors/vendors/suppliers, project schedule updates, and safety/environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a degree in Construction Engineering Management or Civil Engineering; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4+ years of project engineering experience.
• The candidate should have the ability to take on challenges, adapt to changing conditions, and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Sound economic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed and logical decisions.
• Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• This position requires travel and/or moving to the project location for the length of the project.
• We provide industry-leading compensation, and a complete benefits package. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.
