We are seeking a distinguished Project Engineer (Technical Coordinator) for a pivotal role that combines technical supervision, client relationship management, and comprehensive quality assurance.

The job holder will act as a strategic link between the client and technical departments within the company, ensuring that physical execution meets the highest quality standards and contracted specifications.

This role includes full management of the client's file to ensure complete satisfaction and smooth financial flows for the project.

: Acting as the primary point of contact for the client and following up on their technical and administrative file within the company to ensure their needs are met accurately.

: Conducting periodic inspection tours to ensure that all mechanical works and installations comply with approved Shop Drawings and quality standards before handover to the client.

: Receiving and analyzing technical client complaints and providing fast, effective solutions in coordination with the execution team.

: Following up on client payment certificates, ensuring invoices are issued based on actual progress, and monitoring financial collections to ensure project liquidity.

: Organizing and coordinating site visit schedules, final handover stages, and closing the Snag List to ensure total client satisfaction.

: Preparing project status reports for the client and management, highlighting completion percentages, quality, and any challenges facing the client's file.

: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

: 3-5 years of experience in MEP projects or water facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

: Full proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and the ability to read complex hydraulic and mechanical drawings.

: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, high ability to solve problems and absorb customer dissatisfaction, and organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously.

: Preference is given to those with accredited courses in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Total Quality Management (TQM).

: Full fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).

: From 4000 to 5000 SAR.
