Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Engineer
with a strong background in
interior fit-out and joinery projects
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with clients and consultants, supervising site activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise fit-out and joinery projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of UAE experience
- in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, furniture installation, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and shop drawings.
- Excellent project coordination and site management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
