Project Engineer Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor engineering projects against technical requirements and objectives.
- Review specifications, coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and support technical solution implementation.
- Work with project managers, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare documentation, review drawings, track material needs and costs, conduct quality checks, and identify risks.
- Resolve technical issues, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
Senior Engineer Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on complex engineering activities and evaluate design solutions.
- Review technical proposals, conduct assessments, resolve complex problems, and recommend improvements to systems or processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, establish technical requirements, assess project performance, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Review calculations and reports, coordinate design reviews, assess risks, support resource planning, and improve engineering procedures.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, project coordination, and problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, quality assurance, risk assessment, safety, technical compliance, and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
- CAD software, project management tools, or engineering analysis applications are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills; attention to detail.
