Job Summary
Oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and full compliance with Saudi import and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management:
- Handle customer orders from receipt to final delivery
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, Incoterms, specs, and lead times
- Track orders, resolve delays, and handle changes or exceptions
• Logistics & Shipping
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, AWB/BL)
- Track shipments and support inbound/outbound logistics
• Saudi Compliance (Core Focus)
- Ensure full adherence to Saudi import regulations
- Coordinate SABER/SASO, PCoC/SCoC, CB reports & IECEE certificates
- Coordinate technical files with Engineering, Quality & suppliers
- Maintain organized compliance documentation
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Projects, factories & suppliers
• Reporting & Improvement
- Prepare order/delivery reports
- Drive process improvements to reduce delays & documentation issues
Qualifications / Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Familiarity with project planning tools.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
