Overview
Lafida Kaza announces a job opportunity for a Project Engineer with experience in client interaction and preparing project files prior to contract and execution.
Role Nature
Engaging with clients from the marketing department, understanding their requirements, presenting the company and its portfolio professionally, and preparing technical and financial requirements until contract signing, followed by delivering the project file to the execution team.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and arranging site visits
- Inspecting the site, taking measurements, and converting them into AutoCAD
- Understanding client needs and preparing an initial Mood Board
- Preparing 3D visualizations as needed
- Preparing initial Shop Drawings
- Creating a preliminary quantity take-off schedule
- Keeping track of material prices and market rates
- Monitoring the project until contract signing
- Delivering the project file post-contract to the execution team
- Conducting supervisory visits during execution to ensure quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Saudi market
- Experience in interior design and finishing
- Proficiency in taking measurements and working with AutoCAD
- Ability to work with 3D visualization software
- Strong communication skills with clients and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of materials, pricing, and nature of interior projects
- Organized personality capable of translating client needs into clear, contract-ready documentation
