Manage technical coordination and site execution for interior fit-out projects, particularly false ceilings, drywall partitions, and related finishing works.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scopes of work.
- Follow up shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate measurements, procurement, material delivery, manpower, progress, and site requirements.
- Resolve technical issues with consultants and clients; prepare progress reports and management updates.
- Coordinate inspections, monitor subcontractors, and support quality and timely completion.
- Assist with quantities, variations, documentation, HSE compliance, and site meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- UAE/GCC experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Experience with false ceilings, drywall/gypsum partitions, and interior finishing works.
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, specifications, project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and inspections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- UAE driving license; good communication and coordination skills.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time or contract; work location is in person.
