Role

Regional Project Engineer supporting new packaging-line deployments in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Support site management, commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up of new lines.
  • Contribute to offers and site due diligence for planned projects.
  • Maintain site records and practical installation, commissioning, and ramp-up guidelines.
  • Support process improvement, technical innovation, and customer technical queries.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, project closeout, and customer handover.
  • Prepare project reports, tracking, dashboards, and communications.
  • Manage snag-list closeout from FAT through SAT and handover.
  • Coordinate site technical teams and collaborate with global functions and suppliers on system improvements.
  • Coach less experienced staff and take on special projects as assigned.

Education and certification

  • University degree in industrial engineering.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
