Role overview
Manage and coordinate façade and architectural metalwork projects in the UAE.
Oversee project execution and coordinate with clients and site teams to deliver work to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects from design through installation.
- Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress, procurement, fabrication, and site installation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate site measurements, inspections, and revisions.
- Prepare progress reports, schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material approvals, MIRs, WIRs, and other submissions.
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Resolve site discrepancies and implement variation works.
