Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil works execution for substation projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, standards, and approvals.
- Monitor project schedules, site progress, and construction activities.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
- Coordinate material requirements and site resources.
- Prepare progress reports and project updates for management.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure timely completion of works within approved timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong experience in substation projects within the UAE.
- DEWA approval is mandatory.
- Good understanding of DEWA standards and utility project requirements.
- Strong site coordination and project execution experience.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Candidate must currently be available in the UAE.
