We’re Hiring: Project Engineer – Civil Construction & Contracting

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Whizz HR is hiring a skilled Project Engineer for a civil construction and contracting company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and construction timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local construction regulations.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Track material requirements, site resources, and work schedules.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in civil construction and contracting.
• Experience in construction site supervision and project coordination.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction regulations in Dubai or the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Valid United Arab Emirates driving licence preferred.
