Responsibilities
- Perform ITB contract review and scope of work identification
- Ensure technical integrity and compliance with project requirements
- Maintain project activities to ensure delivery within schedule, cost, and quality standards
- Prepare project plans and gate meetings, ensure compliance with project guidelines
- Develop project scope, deliverables, and document management system
- Drive interface management and reporting, liaising with Client's Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff
- Review technical submittals from contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate Technical Bid Evaluation process and produce Technical Bid Evaluation Report
- Monitor project progress including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage pending issues and claims related to design, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients
- Identify and report on risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support commissioning activities such as punch clear, walk through, and handover document preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (E&I, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related field
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management or related field
- Experience in oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants
- Engineering & Construction Company working experience
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry processes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Job Summary
- Project engineer responsible for maintaining and ensuring project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Oversee safe, certified, and orderly transfer of plant systems from construction through commissioning to operating client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform ITB contract review and scope of work identification.
- Ensure technical integrity and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain project activities to ensure delivery within schedule, cost, and quality standards.
- Prepare project plans and various gate meetings, ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Develop project scope, deliverables, and document management system.
- Drive interface management and reporting, liaising with Client's Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff.
- Review technical submittals from contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate Technical Bid Evaluation process and production of Technical Bid Evaluation Report.

Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management or related field.
- Focused on systems completion, turnover, and operational readiness within large scale EPC projects.
- Experience in oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants.
- Engineering & Construction Company working experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry processes and regulations.
- In depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of engineering design and construction activities.
- Knowledge of cost control and schedule management.
