Project Engineer

Role overview

Project management and site supervision

• Plan and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines and budgets; monitor daily operations and construction schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and supervise on-site construction against design specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect progress and approve completed work against the project plan.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and technical details.

Quality, safety, and resources

• Ensure materials and construction activities meet required quality standards; conduct inspections and maintain progress records.
• Identify and resolve issues and non-conformities during construction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
• Oversee procurement, storage, and use of construction materials; manage manpower, equipment, and resources to avoid delays.
• Identify risks and resolve technical and operational challenges on site.

Reporting and coordination

• Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation for progress and quality tracking.
• Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in site supervision, project management, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
• Must currently be in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.

Compensation

• AED 10,000–12,000 per month.

• Work is in person.
