Overview
- Manage and supervise site activities for interior and fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, providing practical solutions during construction.
- Attend site meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
- Support in authority inspections and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project standards.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure all works meet company and client expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact between site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- To submit, manage and follow up till approval material inspection request (MIR), and works inspection request (WIR).
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is mandatory
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior / fit-out companies within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and construction processes
- Experience in handling shop drawings, submittals, and site coordination
- Good understanding of UAE authority regulations and approval processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving license and car
- Speaks Arabic fluently
