Project & Maintenance
- Oversee all ongoing maintenance activities across facilities.
- Manage multiple renovation and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all works are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, mall management and internal teams.
- Support execution of civil, MEP and interior refurbishment works.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed works with proper documentation.
Procurement & Contractor Management
- Identify, evaluate and onboard contractors and subcontractors.
- Request quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and provide recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing, scope and terms to achieve cost efficiency.
Cost Control & Reporting
- Prepare detailed cost comparisons and project estimates.
- Track project expenditures and highlight variations.
- Support management in decision-making with clear technical and commercial summaries.
Technical Support
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Assist in preparing scope of works for tenders and maintenance contracts.
- Verify contractor claims and completed works on site.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain proper records of all maintenance and project activities.
- Prepare meeting notes, progress reports, and technical summaries.
- Ensure proper documentation for approvals and handovers.
- Support management with clear communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in maintenance, renovation or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Good understanding of MEP, civil, structural and interior works.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to prepare comparison sheets, reports, and technical summaries.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
