Core Responsibilities
1. **Site Engineering**
: Provide technical support for cross-country pipelines and municipal networks; oversee critical operations including long-distance Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD crossings > 1,000m), welding, coating, and hydrotesting.
2. **Quality Compliance**
: Leverage your QA/QC background to develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in alignment with client standards.
3. **Field Clearance**
: Coordinate directly with client representatives, municipal inspectors, and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies to clear field approvals and compile the final Quality Dossier.
1. **Academic Prerequisite (Strict Requirement)
:
Must possess a valid Equivalency Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE), UAE.
2. **Education**
: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, or relevant engineering disciplines.
3. **Regional Experience**
: 3 to 5 years of solid project experience in the Middle East.
Project track records in IRAQ or the UAE are highly acceptable; UAE local experience will be prioritized.
4. **Skillset Matrix**
: Practical pipeline engineering skills
combined with a strong professional background or proven exposure to QA/QC workflows.
5. **Client Familiarity (Preferred)
: Familiarity with ADNOC specifications or being ADNOC Approved/Interview-cleared is a major advantage.
