Project planning and execution
- Review contract scope, drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Schedule the assigned scope and plan manpower, supervision, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate resource mobilization with the Project Manager.
- Establish work methods and prepare approval documents before work starts.
- Set up site facilities and meet contract HSE and quality requirements before starting work.
- Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules with the client; ensure tools, consumables, and work access are ready.
- Ensure team skills meet job needs and keep frontline supervisors updated on scope, targets, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor progress against schedule and material availability on site.
Reporting, closeout, and commercial duties
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external reports.
- Complete punch-list items and submit as-built drawings and test-pack documents at physical completion.
- Complete billing and variations, collect client payments, and obtain the contract completion certificate.
- Demobilize resources according to plan.
- Prepare an internal closeout report covering costs against budget, lessons learned, and improvement recommendations.
Candidate requirement
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
