Experience and qualifications
- Experience specializing in a finishing and interior fit-out company, including previous interior fit-out experience.
- At least 4 years of experience handling site activities in the UAE is required.
- A bachelor's degree and UAE driving license are required.
- G+1 Certificate by DM is preferred.
Required capabilities
- Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.
- Extensive knowledge of civil works and finishing items is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to handle workers and manage site activities independently without supervision.
Project and site responsibilities
- Supervise construction workers and ensure projects are adequately staffed.
- Create work schedules and ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve; monitor progress and address issues.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports; conduct quality assurance tests.
- Analyze project risks and opportunities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–12,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
