The Engineer

What You'Ll Be Doing

• Lead the full lifecycle of the project from planning through execution and handover.
• Act as The Engineer under the contract, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of major infrastructure components including WTPs, pumping stations, substations, and public realm elements.
• Coordinate complex utility diversions and ensure minimal disruption to existing services.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Monitor project performance, budget, schedule, and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide strategic leadership and decision-making across all phases of the project.
• Liaise with government entities, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

What Required Skills You'Ll Bring

• Minimum 25 years of experience in large public venues developments.
• Relevant experience in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in delivering amphitheater projects in complex urban environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Theaters delivery, digital Sky and Facade; very complicated testing commissioning and ICT integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
