Role Scope and Eligibility

Execution Responsibilities

• Direct turnkey site execution across civil, structural, high-voltage substations, MEP, and Level 1 to 6 testing and commissioning through client handover.
• Manage site engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and local workforces to meet fast-track delivery schedules.
• Own site P&L, budget governance, procurement timelines, and resource optimization.
• Enforce QA/QC frameworks and international health, safety, and environment protocols on site.

Target Locations

• The listed target locations include India, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and Africa.
• Stored location data lists Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, while the description lists broader regional and international locations.

Requirements

• Hands-on site execution experience in main contracting or turnkey EPC companies.
• Experience delivering mega-scale data center, high-voltage substation, heavy MEP, civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading end-to-end turnkey execution through testing, commissioning, and final client handover.
• Experience managing site engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and local workforces.
• Experience with site P&L ownership, budget governance, procurement timelines, and resource optimization.
• Experience enforcing QA/QC frameworks and international health, safety, and environment protocols.
• Candidates from PMCs, consultancies, client-side project management offices, or pure business development backgrounds will not be considered.
