Responsibilities
- Lead strategic People Consulting engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership; shape enterprise-level organization, workforce, talent, change and HR transformation programs; define transformation vision, operating models, roadmaps and governance; originate and develop client opportunities and lead major pursuits; provide executive-level challenge and advice on complex people and organizational issues; oversee engagement quality, commercial performance and risk; build and develop senior consulting talent; strengthen key client relationships; develop differentiated People Consulting solutions, intellectual property and market perspectives; contribute to practice growth and market positioning.
