The Project Director – Operations is responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects and operational activities across the organization.
The role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and client requirements.
The Project Director provides strategic leadership to Project Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Teams, and Site Teams while driving operational excellence, resource optimization, client satisfaction, and business growth.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in project delivery, operations management, stakeholder engagement, commercial management, and organizational leadership within large-scale and complex environments.
Key Responsibilitiesstrategic Leadership & Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and oversee project and operational teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and control of all projects.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish performance objectives and operational KPIs.
- Ensure optimal utilization of company resources.
- Support business growth through operational scalability and efficiency.
Project Portfolio Management
Oversee the delivery of multiple projects including:
• Security Systems Projects
- ELV Projects
• Critical Infrastructure Projects
- Commercial Developments
- Government Projects
- Industrial Projects
Responsibilities Include
- Project governance and oversight.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Schedule management.
- Budget control and cost optimization.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project profitability and financial performance.
- Review project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Approve major procurement and subcontracting decisions.
- Identify opportunities for operational cost savings.

- Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and operational teams.
