Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead data centre project delivery from project award through completion and handover.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project teams, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders across multiple project locations.
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Support commercial and sales teams with technical input and project-delivery expertise during bids and tenders.
• Oversee supply-chain planning and forecasting to ensure materials and equipment are available when required.
• Build customer relationships and act as a senior point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and drive effective decision-making.
• Lead and guide project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve project-delivery processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Design, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, customer-facing projects in construction, engineering, or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of delivery in data centres, MEP, mission-critical infrastructure, industrial, or complex construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risk, stakeholder expectations, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, supply chains, and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, project financial management, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data centre project experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
