QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required, ideally in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • Preference for candidates working toward professional registration (PE, RA, RLA, AICP, CUD, CCM, PMP)
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, construction, real estate development, owner’s representation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with guiding projects from start to finish strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency and experience with construction, building management, and maintenance software preferred.
  • Salary Range$95,000—$98,000 USD
