We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major build project in Riyadh, working with a leading main contractor on a high-profile development.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership position responsible for the full project lifecycle, on projects between 500 million to 1 billion SAR in value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Director on major build projects
- Strong background working for main contractors
- Experience in large-scale, complex developments (mixed-use, commercial, residential, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous Middle East experience is advantageous
