Project Development Manager (Real Estate Development)
About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project timeline, budget, and quality from design approvals through construction handover
- Coordinate architects, structural and MEP engineers, and all specialist consultants
- Review and approve design packages in alignment with the approved development brief
- Track permitting milestones in coordination with the Permits & Licensing Officer
- Chair weekly project coordination meetings with all design and delivery stakeholders
- Manage design change requests, variation logs, and consultant performance reviews
- Prepare monthly project status reports for the Development Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Development
- Minimum 7 years in real estate development across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of design management and construction delivery processes
- Proven track record managing multiple consultants and complex stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
