At present the RIG is working with a client who is looking for a Project Design Manager (Interior Design / Architecture).
The client is a while known interior and architecture firm with a strong name in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
- concept development, space planning, and design execution
- for hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, F&B venues)
- Manage and mentor a team of
- interior designers and draftsmen
- Oversee the full
- design lifecycle
- from concept through to site completion
- Ensure all designs align with
- brand standards, operator requirements, and client expectations
- Coordinate closely with
- architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers
- Review and approve
- design drawings, FF&E selections, mood boards, and material palettes
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure
- on-time and high-quality output
- Attend client meetings and presentations, acting as the
- key design point of contact
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
- Stay updated with
- hospitality design trends, materials, and global standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum
- 8–12 years’ experience
- in interior design, with a strong focus on
- hospitality/hotel projects
- Proven experience delivering
- high-end luxury hotel or resort projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating
- concept to completion delivery
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and And or Revit
- Strong knowledge of
- FF&E, space planning, and material selection
- Experience working with
- international hotel operators/brands
- is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Salary expectations: 35,000 - 40,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.
