Engagement overview

Project delivery

• Lead and manage data, analytics, CRM, and digital transformation project delivery.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and client representatives.
• Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee Customer 360 initiatives, CRM and BI implementations, and data-related programs.

Implementation and governance

• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and escalation processes.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Manage technical teams and communication between business and technology stakeholders.
• Support change management, implementation readiness, and post-go-live activities as required.

Mandatory experience

• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, delivery management, or program delivery.
• Proven delivery of data, analytics, CRM, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing technical teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on delivery involving Customer 360, CRM, Business Intelligence, or related data programs.
• Experience with UAT, go-live planning, project governance, and implementation delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Location and assignment conditions

• Candidates must work full-time onsite in Riyadh for the full engagement.
• Candidates must already be based in Saudi Arabia or be legally eligible and able to be physically present in Riyadh for the assignment, with appropriate authorization to work or undertake it.

Preferred experience

• Banking, financial services, or insurance experience is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, BI solutions, and customer data initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments with formal governance and reporting is preferred.
• Experience delivering projects for large enterprises or consulting clients is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.

Compensation and hours

• Compensation is hourly in SAR, depending on experience, expertise, and deployment arrangements.
• The posting lists SAR 300–400 per hour and expected hours of 30–40 per week.

Deployment

• The employer is open to partnering with technology, software, IT services, and consulting firms that can deploy suitable professionals from their existing teams.
