About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure; define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, and coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments; maintain governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and delays; manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources, support team productivity and accountability, and conduct status meetings with progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement and efficiency, and support account growth where applicable.

Must-Have Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar project management role.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies; understanding of governance, reporting, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining project quality standards.
• Currently working in Saudi Arabia, available for an onsite assignment, and able to join immediately or within one month.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• IT consulting, technology services, client-facing delivery, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting account growth and understanding of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are advantageous.
