Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and contractual commitments; maintain governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and delays; manage changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources, support team productivity, conduct status meetings, and report progress to clients and senior management.
• Ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction; improve delivery efficiency and support account growth where applicable.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies; knowledge of governance, reporting, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams; strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Currently working in Saudi Arabia and available for onsite assignment; able to join immediately or within one month.

Preferred qualifications

• Project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• IT consulting or technology services experience, project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid, and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is listed as good-to-have.
